FileShot.io – Zero-knowledge AES-256-GCM encrypted file sharing #209

Description

@FileShot

Hi — I'd like to suggest FileShot.io for this list.

It's an open-source tool that does one thing well: zero-knowledge file sharing. Files are AES-256-GCM encrypted in the browser before upload — the server only stores ciphertext and never sees the key.

Useful for sharing PoCs, scripts, or research findings securely.

  • No account required
  • MIT licensed, self-hostable
  • Ephemeral links with optional expiry
