Current status: Used these skills to perform development of #1810. Use did accelerate, but there is more work to be done.

Next steps

• Solve the problem where the Copilot cloud agent does not reliably select the specified topic branch as the base for its work when it starts working.

• Make it so the skills write out their complete copilot log to the -remove-before-merge directory in the topic branch.
